Project Glowing Heart v1.8.1 Observer Reconciliation

What changed since v1.8

The Core and Godot observer instances are now compared with explicit readiness checks.

What this proves

The project can measure whether the two observer definitions are ready for pixel comparison.

What this does not prove

No parity. No pixel comparison. No runtime equivalence. No renderer equivalence. No transport equivalence.

Commands

python3 tools/glowing_heart_observer_reconciliation.py
python3 -m py_compile tools/glowing_heart_observer_reconciliation.py
python3 -m json.tool reports/glowing_heart_observer_reconciliation.preview.json > /tmp/observer_reconciliation.pretty.json
head -240 /tmp/observer_reconciliation.pretty.json
head -220 reports/glowing_heart_observer_reconciliation.preview.md
git status --short -- reports/observatory_catalog.json GrinFilmCamera.cs RendererCore/Testing/RenderTestRunner.cs GodotAdapter/SnapshotBuilder.cs

Outputs

reports/glowing_heart_observer_reconciliation.preview.json
reports/glowing_heart_observer_reconciliation.preview.md

Next milestone

v1.8.2 should define a shared observer target instance that both Core and Godot can eventually align to.
