Scope

The future Observatory is a roadmap for composing observer, detector, transport, measurement, and presentation components. Items here are directions, not implemented-capability claims.

Roadmap labels use the same maturity ladder as the Capability Matrix. Planned work remains planned until repository evidence supports a status change. This is a direction map, not a ranking of futures.
